Any damage or faults you may find must be reported to the Seibes® team within 48 hours. If you find that you no longer want or need a particular product, we have a 30-day money back guarantee.

If the products are unwanted or unsuitable, they must be returned at the customer’s expense.The product must be returned within 30 days of receipt to receive a full refund.

Refunds and exchanges will be subject to the condition all products are returned to us. That is, unused and packaging intact, and in its original packaging. A full refund may not be given if the item is not able to be resold as new. The customer may be held liable for the return of the item or items.
